Dale accrued a plethora of skills from resolving difficult situations under pressure, to organisation, problem solving & staff management during his 30 year career in the UK Metropolitan Police, Dale’s over-riding passion has always been for nature & the environment so sees this as an excellent opportunity to merge his skill set & passion into one ensuring the success of our projects.

He has a love of sports, food and responsible travel. His passions are centered around promoting biodiversity conservation and environmental health.

His expertise & knowledge has come through working on a range of different projects in banking, entertainment press & travel.

In the last 20 years, through his involvement in Venture Capital HOWZAT Partners, Sascha Hausmann has overlooked investments in over 80 companies globally. He is a well-recognised figure in several industries, speaking at many events and being a senior advisor, board member and investor to various companies in the online marketplace. He has joined the ZEERO GROUP board to help build a global presence and long-term strategy. Sascha still runs his own hotel distribution software company Busy Rooms and provides consultancy for disposal, acquisition and strategy via StellantPartners.

His background spans large-scale digital programmes, technology consulting, and leadership roles supporting both early-stage ventures and growing businesses.

Simon is a U.K. Chartered Accountant who has been MD & FD of several businesses across a range of sectors. Previous roles include being on the management team at Deloitte & MD of Egon Ronay's Hotel & Restaurant Guides in the UK. During the last 25 years, Simon has been involved in a number of start-up and young businesses in various roles including Founder, MD, FD & Advisor.
